Check-in and Check-out. Due to limited space and no waiting area, we have strict check-in and check-out windows. Check-in is 8:00AM – 8:30AM M-Th. Check-out is 4:30PM – 5:00PM M-Th. If you arrive after our check-in window, we will not be available to receive your pet and you must contact us to reschedule. If you arrive past our check-out window, your pet will be kept overnight at our facility at an additional cost to you of $100.
Cancellation Policy: We require full payment of all services requested at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so at any time before the day of surgery and your payment will be credited to a future appointment date. If you do not reschedule your appointment within one year, the payment will be forfeited to our clinic as a donation. Please be mindful that your pet may have fallen out of our acceptable size or age window during that time.
Your payment may be used for a different pet at a later date, within one year of the first scheduled appointment. Any additional fees incurred due to a change in the type of animal or size will be collected at the time of rescheduling.
No After Hours Care: In order to keep costs affordable, we do not offer any after-hours or follow-up care for your pet. Although the vast majority of pets recover very well from their spay/neuter surgery and complications are rare, they can happen. It is imperative that you follow all of our postoperative instructions to minimize this risk. However, if your pet does require any emergency or ongoing care after the surgery, please contact your regular veterinarian, or click here to find an urgent care hospital.
